Conference Matching

Find your best-fit conferences

Describe up to three attendance scenarios — role, priorities, and budget sensitivity — and we'll rank every event by how well it fits each one.

📖 Scoring Dimension Definitions Click to collapse
● Scale
Event size and reach — attendance, speaker count, geographic draw.
◆ Audience Fit
How well attendees match your target. Adapts by department.
▲ Affordability
Cost vs. opportunity — registration, travel, booth costs.
★ Reputation
Industry standing and prestige — organizer quality and longevity.
⬢ Actionability
Likelihood of productive meetings — partnering tools, C-suite density.
■ KOL Index
Key opinion leader density — top academic speakers and industry experts.

Use the checkboxes to include/exclude axes from your radar shape. Weight each included axis 1–10 by importance. The radar preview updates live as you adjust.

How weighting works
  • Weights are relative, not thresholds. Setting Audience Fit to 9 and Scale to 3 means audience match matters 3× more than size — it doesn't filter out small events.
  • Spread creates selectivity. Setting everything to 5 weights all axes equally (same as all at 10). The wider the gap between your high and low axes, the more targeted your results become.
  • Turning axes off is powerful. Disabling Scale means a 200-person GRC and a 40,000-person ASCO are scored equally on your remaining axes — that's how you surface hidden gems.
  • Match scores are relative. An 8/10 means the event's profile closely matches the shape you drew — not that the event is "80% good."

Tip: Use all three scenarios to compare strategies side-by-side — e.g. "Flagship BD trip" vs. "Budget scouting" vs. "Niche KOL access" — then send the best matches from each to the Comparison tool.
